Motivated Movers has two trucks. We will also load and unload your truck or pod.

Household and Office Moves
With One Moving Truck
- Two movers with one truck $140/hour
- Three movers with one truck $210/hour
- Four movers with one truck $280/hour
With Two Moving Trucks
- Four movers with two trucks $300/hour
- Five movers with two trucks $370/hour
These rates are effective 1/1/2022. Washington State Utilities and Transportation Commission regulations require we follow these additional regulations: Our work day is from 8am – 5pm, 7 days a week. We are accept payment via check, cash or Venmo. We do not accept any debit or credit cards. Payment is due at the end of the job.

Washington State law prohibits us from moving the following items in our moving trucks: aerosol cans, propane tanks, pressurized containers, lighter fluid, chemicals, turpentine, corrosives, solvents, flammable liquids, paint, pets, firearms, fireworks, gas, kerosene, fire extinguishers or antifreeze. Plan to transport these items yourself. We do not move pianos or hot tubs. We recommend you use a professional piano or hot tub mover.
We will do everything possible to ensure that your possessions arrive at your new residence and/or office in the same condition, and understand that clients have different needs in terms of protection. As required by the State of Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission, we offer three levels of coverage. More details can be found at utc.wa.gov
Washington State law does not allow us to connect or disconnect washers or dryers. However, if they are already disconnected, we can transport them in our trucks for you.
We will reassemble all beds, desks or other furniture that we take apart for the move. We will not hang anything on the walls of your new residence.

They were incredibly helpful and efficient. I was able to book a move day really quickly and they gave me a call the day before to make sure I was ready for them. They moved all of my heavy furniture into the storage unit with no problems or damage.

Danny and crew were amazing to work with. Super friendly, fast and willing to take on some non-traditional moving projects (disassembling a homemade bed frame and putting it back together). Their can-do attitude can’t be beat. I’d highly recommend them!

Wow! Can't recommend them enough. Moved from Maple Valley to Seattle yesterday. They showed up in time and completed the move with energy and efficiency. They brought an extra truck and transported all of my outdoor equipment and supplies too which was above and beyond. They even brought extra boxes for those last minute finds you don't anticipate. Class act all around. Thanks Dan and the guys.
